These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChowTrack mobile and web applications (the “App”) provided by Leitbyte LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App.

2. Accounts

You may create an account with an email and password or via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

ChowTrack is offered as a subscription service. Payments are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Stripe (for web). Your subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel through the relevant store or payment provider. Pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase and may vary by region.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the App’s source code
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security
Share, transfer, or resell your account

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. No Medical Advice

The App provides informational tools for calorie and nutrition tracking only. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health or dietary decisions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violating these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website and will become effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
